Hi all,

I promised to get this up by Friday but i made today after school!

This is what you have to do:

Review from your textbook - Forces and their effects.

Click on the links below to watch (1) kids like you learn how to play tennis and (2) an old soccer game.

Can you identify all the effects of force in the videos? At least how many of the ones you saw in your book and from what we discussed in class can you identify here?

Getting back to me with your response: You could respond using the comment tab below (remember to put your name) or you send me an email. I am hoping to have all of you respond before Monday morning so that we will open up next week's class with an interesting analysis of the video and a synthesis of your views.

God bless.

  2. Kids learning to play tennis:-The kids/coach pushes the racket towards the ball and it makes the flat for a second or so. This shows that force can change the shape of an object.
An old soccer game:-The players push the ball with their legs to score a goal. The goal keeper stretches his hand to prevent the goal
